Seven Tides, the leading developer of luxury residential and hospitality properties, has signed a strategic hotel management agreement with Minor Hotels, appointing them as the new operator of the five-star DUKES The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, located on the west trunk of Palm Jumeirah, effective from 1 August 2025.

Commenting on the occasion, Abdullah Bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides, said:
“This is a strategic appointment, as Minor Hotels already successfully operates our existing property, the adjacent NH Collection Dubai The Palm. The agreement will foster enhanced synergy between the two hotels.”

He added:

Bin Sulayem also expressed his gratitude to Barcelo Hotel Group, saying:
